Support for the solutions is provided both directly by the service department of the company and with the help of the partners. This allows our customers to be sure that they will always receive prompt and high-quality service at the installation site.

  • Applications are accepted around the clock, 7 days a week
  • Reaction time - 4 hours
  • Guaranteed troubleshooting time - within 4 hours after the conclusion of the need for replacement

8 х 5 х 4

10 % per year of the equipment cost
  • Applications are accepted 8 working hours, 5 days a week
  • Reaction time - 4 hours
  • Guaranteed troubleshooting time - within 4 hours after the conclusion of the need for replacement

8 х 5 х 4 Lite

7 % per year of the equipment cost
  • Applications are accepted 8 working hours, 5 days a week
  • Reaction time - 4 hours
  • Guaranteed troubleshooting time - within 10 hours after the conclusion of the need for replacement
